Strong understanding the importance of data and process as it relates to the commercial process
coordinate both internal and external communication, provide training to these users, and provide troubleshooting assistance to customer service teams
Successfully deliver programs and projects in alignment with key parameters
Develop & monitor platform-wide Customer Service KPI's / metrics
Establish and manage training programs & resources to support the eCommerce platform functionality
Establish & manage an eCommerce Super User community capable of delivering internal & end-user training
Engage with channel partners and customers for voice of the customer insights
Channel & Manage system enhancement requests
Work with Product team & IT to align potential features and functionality
Work with IT to develop, document and revise site design and facilitate User Acceptance Testing
Have strong communication and team leadership skills to coordinate with the team on needed tasks
should have a strong desire to solve challenging design problems and provide innovative solutions, be organized and proactive, and have excellent attention to detail
To interact in a fast-paced, professional, and multicultural work environment, should be able to manage time well and must possess excellent communication skills
Actively participate in program and project plan reviews, estimate reviews, and recommend adjustments and identify the impact of program and project risks
Effectively communicate difficult messages to executives, partners, and program and project team members
