Qualification for Technical Architect
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology
  • At least 7 years of experience in  Contact center.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Genesys eServices
  • Should have experience in Omnichannel implementation across channels( any one) like chat, email, text, social media
  • Should have experience in Genesys Rules (GRS)
  • Experience in Web API and Genesys Workspace Desktop Edition (WDE) is plus.
  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
Qualification for Technical Lead:
  • At least 4 years of experience with Genesys platform
  • At least 1 year of experience in Genesys PureEngage Cloud solution (Designer, GRAT, GAX etc) or At least 4 years of experience on Genesys platform (on-prem). 
  • At least 4 years of experience in Implementation of Intelligent Queuing and Routing solution. Experience in Queue based Routing program transformation will be preferred.
  • At least 4 years of experience in IVR development, call flow, UI, Rule engine and Reporting.
  • Any experience in SpeechMiner and Genesys call back is a plus
  • At least 4 years of experience in software development life cycle.
  • At least 4  years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
  • Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
  • Analytical skills 
  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
