Workday Advance Pricing Consultant

·         Should have minimum 2-3 Years of Workday Functional understanding of in HCM modules - Core HR, Compensation, Recruiting, Onboarding, Benefits, Talent Absence, Payroll, etc.
·         Should have specialized experience in Workday Advanced Compensation. Should have Workday Implementation/ Support experience.
·         Understanding of Workday modules configuration setup, Reference value setup, Business Process Configuration, Calculated Fields, Report Writer and Security Configuration.
·         Assist with system testing, data conversion, fixing security issues and report development.
·         Work directly with client to confirm requirements, consider design alternatives, facilitate discussions and ultimately drive requirements sign-off.   
·         Track issues and risks, communicate status and escalate concerns to project management.
·         Assisting Integration team with the requirements, Creating and Loading inbound EIB's, iLoad, etc will be preferred.
·         Should have good communication skills.
·         Should have specialized experience in Workday Advanced Compensation.
·         Workday Report Writer and Calculated Field proficiency required
·         Requires strong analytical and technical skills with a good understanding and working knowledge of Human Resources operations.
·         Advanced knowledge of Workday business object relationships and security required
·         Strong knowledge of HR administration and HRIS. Minimum 2 years of hands on experience in reporting and functional configurations in Workday
·         Strong proficiency with MS Office; advance MS Excel skill a must
·         Ability to consult and communicate clearly in all occasions
·         Ability to effectively prioritize and multitask in a global, fast pace dynamic environment
·         Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
