DESCRIPTION: 16+ years of experience. Acts as senior infrastructure engineer to support various OAG initiatives, and provide system support in a hybrid cloud/premise-based environment. Serves as endpoint and server security engineer.


1. Administers all DCSES production, development, test, and training server environments
2. Provides second level support for DCSES users and
3. Works with OAG IT and OCTO Security to ensure all servers and endpoints comply with relevant guidelines and regulations
4. Administers all backup and disaster recovery systems
5. Supports DC superior court server and network infrastructure
6. Maintains VMware ESX 6.0 environment
7. Manages windows domain controllers
8. Administers and manages all Linux servers and associated system software (Red Hat Enterprise, etc)
9. Supports Avaya/Linux IVR system
10. Supports Kofax and infolinx document management systems
12. Maintains all physical and virtual Windows systems and clients
13. Acts as backup Citrix ESX support engineer
14 Acts as backup Azure and AWS support engineer
15. Provides expert architectural and compliance guidance during the purchase and installation of new systems
16. Works with legal users to provide litigation technology support
17. Acts as compliance subject matter expert for IRS Publication 1075 system, application, and data issues

Minimum Education/Certification Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience. Masters degree preferred.
