Financial Force Test Lead

  • Responsible for management and oversight of the validation and qualification, planning, monitoring, and control of the SIT, UAT and Regression testing activities to ensure full compliance of the Global FinancialForce Application
  • Guide and monitor the analysis, design, implementation and execution of the test cases, test scripts and test procedures
  • Ensure test environment is put into place before test execution and managed during test execution
  • Develop the overall testing strategy and testing tools to be leveraged during project.  Select and acquire necessary testing tools, ensure proper installation, configuration of the test ware selected, as well as proper training of all project team members.
  • Coordinate & schedule the tests for execution and then they monitor, measure, control and report on the test progress, the product quality status and the test results, adapting the test plan and compensating as needed to adjust to evolving conditions
  • Complete all necessary documentations, including but not limited to test plans and summary reports
  • Training test authors and testers with an overview of Teradata testing compliance
  • Providing Program visibility into testing progress with the Testing Dashboard
Qualifications and Experience –
  • 10 years of professional experience in the High Tech including experience working in Quality Assurance and IS/IT organizations
  • Ability to maintain strong relationships within program team, across Teradata Divisions and Geographies
  • Ability to consider upstream and downstream process impacts and implications
  • Strong data analysis and problem solving skills
  • Versatility and willingness to work with constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skillsets Experienced in FinancialForce Methodologies preferably agile approaches
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
