SHORT DESCRIPTION: II Technical Support contractor required to perform level 1/level 2 support onsite in New Bern, NC.

COMPLETE DESCRIPTION: The bulk of the requirement would be someone with the knowledge and skills to perform the typical tasks associated with supporting end-user Windows workstations, peripheral devices and office productively software. Most of the support would be over the phone, but the person will need to go on location if the issue cannot be fixed over the phone.

****This requirement would be for someone to be onsite in New Bern, NC on a daily basis, 35 – 40 hours per week.

Must haves:
  • Microsoft Active Directory experience for Password resets
  • Microsoft Windows 7 and Windows 10 operating system support
  • Microsoft Office and O365 support
  • Microsoft SharePoint end user support
