2. Manage client relationship by working closely with TCS onshore and Offshore management
3. Overall experience in production support model -Analyze customer needs, set delivery priorities and make schedule adjustments to meet timely delivery goals
Experience Required 5+ years of experience in business Production support, application development & Maintenance
Roles & Responsibilities · Good communication skills and understanding of overall production support
· Outage Management: Handles SEV-1 outage call and work with all stakeholders in resolving the issue and send timely updates necessary IT & business user & management communications
· Major incident & Problem management: Handle incident & problem management in SILVA tool and create/Follow-up with stakeholders on RCA (Root cause analysis)
· Create & Validate weekly and Monthly outage management reports for Life portfolio
· Liaison between AXA IT & business management
· Manage, Coordinate and facilitate meetings with all business and IT stakeholders.
· Work with business managers, understand their business pain points and coordinate with respective stakeholders -till closure
· Handle production rollouts by coordinating with all stakeholders upfront and send necessary business communications (weekly- release calendar)
· Handle Lights On activities working onsite & offshore team
Generic Managerial Skills 1. Be motivated, independent and self-sufficient, able to see tasks through to completion with minimal supervision managers and consultants
