 Must have skills:
  • BS Engineering degree required in Business, Engineering or related degree
  • 5-8 years of strong Project Manager experience in managing project team, including preparing and analyzing forecasts, timelines, budgets and reports to ensure project deliverables arrive on time and within budget
  • Experience in new product development process and supporting regulatory on the documentation for FDA submission.
  • Experience in handling day-to-day tactical and providing strategic guidance to the Project Engineers in problem identification, root cause analysis and problem resolution
  • Experience in handling different manufacturing sites and ensuring that the parts are validated and produced as per the milestone
  • Experience in vendor selection and integrating them for optimizing to reduce cost.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization/cross functional team
Good to have skills*
  • Advanced degree such as MS Engineering and/or MBA is a plus
  • PMP certification a plus
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMPs), ISO 13485 Design Control, and manufacturing process qualification requirements as related to medical devices are preferred
Key responsibilities*
  • Responsible for managing all aspects of a Project Team, including preparing and analyzing forecasts, timelines, budgets and reports to ensure project deliverables arrive on time and within budget
  • Responsible for providing day-to-day tactical and providing strategic guidance to the Project Engineers in problem identification, root cause analysis and problem resolution
  • Interfaces directly with the other functional groups to ensure that goals and objectives are met within GMP - ISO compliance
  • Coordinate continuous improvement and productivity improvement activities
  • Vendor selection and integration
  • Provide direction and coordination to manufacturing sites (internal and external) and drive timely closure of deliverables
  • Ensure all manufacturing sites are validated and production ready to hit required project milestones
