• Creates meaningful dashboards, logging, alerting, and responses to ensure that issues are captured and addressed proactively
• Regular monitoring the website health and report any situation that appear out of norms.
• Troubleshoot issues on the website using tools like Dynatrace, splunk, clicktale etc.
• Scripting (Perl/Shell) expertise to automate infrastructure, monitoring services and tasks that takes a lot of manual efforts.
• Configure, maintain, and support continuous builds across multiple instances of Jenkins/bamboo
• Identifying and solving bottlenecks and potential optimizations in the website
• Database skills to support data requests from business and optimization on queries if needed
• Manage and prioritize tickets from business analysts and meet SLA always
• Ability to apply issue management skills and interpersonal skills including conflict management - problem solving and analytical decision making skills.
• Conducts daily start-up meetings; organizes daily assignments/workload to team members, and assigns duties accordingly. Understands when to adjust work assignments to meet daily production schedules.
• Trains team member's in the proper execution of standard operating procedures (SOP's) and ensures they are followed.
• Maintains time and attendance, productivity, and quality records daily. Prepares and generates the daily productivity report for management. Monitors and reports on the key performance indicators (KPI's).
