Certification requirements
  1. CCNA Voice (Mandatory)
  2. CCNP Voice (Added advantage)
  3. ITIL Foundation (Added advantage)
Skills required
  1. Experience in following Video Products is value add
  • VCS-C, VCS-E, Codian Bridge MCU
  • TMS
  • Cisco video Endpoints like TC40,60, EX90,SX20, etc..
  • Architecture of TMS;
  • Server upradation
  1. ITIL Knowledge – Incident, Change & Configuration Management
Roles & Responsibilities
  1. Configuration and Troubleshooting experience in Cisco Call Manager, IVR, Voice mail, Voice/Video end points.
  2. Facilitate and support the resolution of tier I and tier II tickets.
  3. Provides day-to-day support, proactive maintenance, and performs independent complex system troubleshooting.
  4. Troubleshoot enterprise telephone issues and call routing using Pots lines, SIP Trunks and PRIs.
  5. Coordinating with Network operations / TAC team whenever required during downtime/ implementation
  6. Follow problem, change and release management as per ITIL framework, Proactive maintenance and preventive analysis of the network fault and housekeeping.
  7. Actively involved in Problem Management and provide RCA.
  8. Other duties as assigned by Management.
