 Job Description:
 
  • 24/7 production support ( Oncall ). Daily Monitor file failures , resend , reprocess failed files. Fixing connectivity issues , working with internal business and external vendors, Daily working SNOW incident tickets. Adhoc base need to work with Axway vendor.
  • Provide L2 Triage Unit support (Includes all Triaging effort in handling Incidents, Non-Ticketed Support activities, UI/Online availability, Coordination with Infra/Business & client Project/ Development team).
  • Working with interfacing applications for resolution.
  • Should have willingness to learn and basic understanding of technologies that are required to support the application.
  • EXP - 6-8 Years.
