  • 10-17 Years' experience in analyzing, designing, developing, testing, deploying and maintaining complex solutions.
  • Extensive experience in developing large or complex enterprise solutions and services typically associated with one or more of these areas, Broadband, FTTx, Ethernet Services, Layer2 Services, L3 Services Data Communication, Voice Service, Mobility and Network Services.
  • Lead the business, data, application and technology analysis, architecture planning and solution design supporting projects primarily in the IT and Network capability covering Service Fulfilment, Network Activation, Network Inventory, Network Assurance, Reporting and Planning.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the business to provide technology expertise and leadership by advising, consulting and solutioning.
  • Presales consultancy in conjunction with Sales, Solutions and Technology team to prepare a best fit solution for customer
  • Understand business problems and strategic drivers to proactively assist the business with identifying, shaping and assessing the feasibility of ideas. This includes defining solution direction, and engaging relevant delivery teams to ensure seamless end to end delivery.
  • Interpret and translate business (internal, external or regulatory) requirements (functional and non-functional) to fit-for-purpose architectural solutions in a timely, cost effective and high quality manner.
  • Ensure architectural solutions are re-usable, scalable, reliable, manageable, and operatable and aligned with Architecture roadmaps where possible. Ensure that the solution is endorsed by the Enterprise Architecture and Design Authorities
  • Achieve on-time delivery of architectural solutions within prescribed parameters and agreed budget.
  • Keep the stakeholders aware of emerging threats and opportunities in relation to impacted initiatives/plans.
  • Stay ahead of product and technology developments and transfer knowledge.
  • Define, develop and deliver presentations to effectively communicate solution options and recommendations to address small and complex issues across the business and technology landscape.
  • Foster relationships with vendors as well as business stakeholders to anticipate and plan for emerging requirements, opportunities and threats.
  • Define cost vs. benefit dimensions of a business case and consider budgets and competing investment priorities.
  • Experience developing and consulting on enterprise solutions typically associated with Digitization, Customer Experience, Networks, incorporating architecture, system integration and security elements.
  • Knowledge or experience in telecommunication domains and systems, products and services, industry standards, and experience in Service Oriented Architecture including micro-services and APIs, SDN / NFV.
