 Relevant Experience (Yrs) : 10+ years of experience in planning, execution and delivery of IT Strategy initiatives in Network systems    
Experience Required:
• Minimum of 8 – 12 years of relevant project experience in Financial Services with track record of success
• Experience in Manage and organize business functions for the Network Build Services department, inclusive of Program Management, Process Management, Metrics & Reporting, and Risk Management.
• PMP certified.
• Good Networking Experience and Knowledge.
• Full understanding of Databases, Middleware systems, Operating Systems, Replication, Storage. Mainframes are a Plus.
• Able to develop programs and framework required for design of metrics, analytical tools, benchmarking activities and related reporting for the identification of best practices.
• Able to manage large, transformative initiatives that impact multiple LOBs and/or products.
• Able to articulate the project lifecycle for DC migrations.
• Full understanding of E2E delivery of the service: desktop – telephony – network – presentation – business logic – orchestration – DB – backend data store and vertical technical depth.
• Experienced in consulting with project stakeholders, including the skills to resolution of conflicting requirements.
• Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills and the ability to build and foster internal relationships.
• Proven track record in delivery of multiple parallel initiatives.
• Proven track record of operational process change and improvement.
• Able to develop programs and framework required for design of metrics, analytical tools, benchmarking activities and related reporting for the identification of best practices.
Generic Managerial Skills:
• Advanced written and verbal communication capabilities, ability to influence and successfully interface with executive leadership.
• Strong Program/Project Management skills/working knowledge of the techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling programs and resources (PMP Certification a big plus).
• Fluent in the Microsoft tool suite including SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project.
