Technical/Functional Skills
  1. Should have experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
  2. Should have experience with SharePoint Server 2013/2016 and SharePoint Online
  3. Ability to develop and manage SharePoint content types and taxonomy to improve document management and search functionality
  4. Strong client side development experience using Angular, C#, .NET, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and JQuery required
  5. Should have InfoPath, Nintex, & SharePoint Designer 2010 & 2013 workflow development experience
 
Experience Required
  1. 6-9+ years of experience in SharePoint
  2. Experience in SharePoint Administrator is additional advantage
Roles & Responsibilities
  1. Manage and track to successful completion the team's development Sprints
  2.  Gather, document, circulate for review, and revise solution requirements
  3.  Create solution design documentation and solution patterns that can be reused by others
  4. Create SharePoint solutions that exceed customer expectations
  5.  Conduct group and individual user training for newly implemented and modified solutions
  6.  Troubleshoot and enhance pre- existing solutions developed by yourself or others
  7. Maintain solution requirement, design, and usage documentation along with procedural work instructions Secondary Responsibilities
  8.  Assist in the development of content management best practices and governance
  9. Provide end user support for SharePoint sites and solutions
  10.  Assist in the development of SharePoint end-user training materials
  11. Perform daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual maintenance activities
Generic Managerial Skills
  1. Communicates in formal presentation settings including medium to large sized groups of key decision makers at the executive level and tailor presentations to the needs and interests of the audience
  2. Be motivated, independent and self-sufficient, able to see tasks through to completion with minimal supervision managers and consultants
 
Education Bachelor of Engineering; Masters degree preferred.
