Roles and responsibility
The role of the Sr. Project Coordinator is to act as a resource to the overall Program and to support to the Program Manager and Project Managers to provide accurate tracking, reporting and communicating; enabling the Program Manager to manage budget,  funding and resources to deliver products that achieve business value for Client.

Assist Program Manager/Project Manager
–          Identify potential problems with budget, resource and spend and assist Project Manager in obtaining additional funding
–          Manage Planview to allocate project resources to appropriate tasks
–          Provide life to date spend and details for upcoming month forecast
–          Set standards for Project Plans; consolidate plans to program level
–          Administer Sharepoint Site
