  • Should be customer centric and be focused on delivering excellence
  • Possess effective problem solving skills and have the ability to deliver timely resolution.
  • Should be open to working in night shifts & on weekends.
Knowledge/Experience:  
  • Graduate with 0 - 2 yrs of relevant customer service voice calling experience
  • Experience of working in an blended process will be preferred
  • Customer service experience specifically in Insurance/pensions would be preferred though not mandatory
  • Experience of working in a US Life & Health process will be an added advantage
