LAB STAN Instruments System Coordinator 
Senior Instruments System Coordinator Position provides team support for multiple locations for the prioritization and implementation of instrument interfaces. 

Responsibilities of the Instruments System Coordinator includes but not limited to: 

• Support the development and implementation of instrument interfaces to Q-Suite for main labs RSL and RRLs 

• Validate all instrument platforms (including instruments not defined on QLS) 
• Organize and lead team meetings that support the implementation deliverables 
• Work with the respective business and IT team members to gather information from the National Operations Teams, NSDB, Regional/Esoteric Technical staff and Local IT to develop and execute an integrated project schedule 
• Monitor/document all change controls for the project 
• Work with several business partners, such as the NTO, BPT, Medical, Scientists, Compliance, IT developers, BA's, Local IT etc., to gather requirements necessary for development of new interfaces as well as testing, training and implementation of instrument interfaces within QLS, QIS, QPS, QMPS and middleware systems. 
• Coordinate major testing and go live events for the standardization project by organizing on-site and back office resources to be ready to respond quickly to issues. 
• Escalate business issues/ resource constraints to overall Standardization Program Lead for business resources 
• Escalate IT issues/ resource constraints to overall IT Program Lead for IT resources 

Instruments System Coordinator would coordinate the following tasks that other team members would be performing 
• NLO (National Lab Operations) - New Instrument: Create PO & submit to Vendor 
• Lab Operations - Moved Instrument: Schedule Move (Vendor/Third Party) 
• Lab Operations - New/Moved Instrument: Receive 
• Lab Operations - New/Moved Instrument: Set Up (Tech & Vendor Validation) 
• QIS - Define QMPS File Definition (Micro Instruments Only) 
• NLO - Define QC – QC IDs and Barcodes 
• NLO - Perform Manual and/or Instrument Interface Validation (Technologist sign-off); may require CFR 11 
• NLO - Perform Instrument Configuration/ Communication Testing/ Label Validation 
• NLO - Lab Ops Sign-off (Instrument Validation document) 
• NLO - Medical Director Sign off 
• NSDB (National Standard Database) /QLS (Quest Laboratory System) - Coordination of Test Code Calculations 
Years of experience required 8+ years of relevant PM experience
