 Sr. Technician Skill Requirement:
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in electronics or computers
  • Previous Client Lab experience as technician is a plus
  • Detailed knowledge of Client computer architecture
  • Must be able to setup system, replace parts / components, patching/flashing firmware, drivers etc,
  • Must be able be debug / resolve system boot and configuration issues
  • Must be familiar with Windows / Linux OS installation, kernel patch installation, configure system as per specification and set up Virtual Machines
  • Must be familiar with debugging and resolving network connectivity issues in both Windows and Linux OS environment
  • Must be familiar with debugging and resolving CPU and Memory related issues during platform setup
  • Must be able to run tests as per the test specification, perform first level triage, high level validation of test result correctness and reporting
  • Must be able to stand for long hours, lift weight approximately 25lbs
  • Knowledge of and experience with logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, protocol analyzers, in-target probes(ITP) and Lauterbach (LTB), KVM, power splitter
  • Excellent technical and problem solving skills
  • A team player with good organizational and/or planning skills and solid verbal and/or written communication skills
