 Must Have
  • Experience with multiple platforms (Linux, Unix, Windows)
  • Experience in relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, Sybase
  • Familiarity with ETL Tools(Datastage)
  • Working knowledge of Version Control and Workflow Management Software (e.g. Subversion/JIRA/Confluence, CVS, VSS)
  • Scheduling Software (Autosys, Unix cron jobs, Tidal)
  • Incident Management software (e.g. client/Client Service manager/JIRA)
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
    Computer Science degree or equivalent

    What will you do?
  • Ensure proper operation of Enterprise Risk systems and applications leading to timely delivery of reports for the business and trading community
  • Create well-structured documentation for new and existing support procedures
  • Perform production and non-production systems support for regular scheduled and one-off processes
  • Perform system monitoring, trouble-shooting and status reporting
  • Escalate application support issues requiring manager's attention in a timely manner
  • Work closely with business clients to understand priorities and impact, and provides timely and accurate reports to management and end-users on status of critical systems processes and reports
  • Prioritize constantly in order to properly and efficiently respond to business needs
  • Participates in infrastructure maintenance (e.g. scheduling, coordinating and performing some system maintenance)
