Supplier shall provide an IT Business Analyst (IT BA) to work directly with Buyer's global Business/IT functions and vendors on projects, maintenance and support of Buyer's Enterprise Business Applications and Systems including Apps for Customer Incentives Programs (Zyme, CMR, etc.) and Real Estate Operations (eVisit Visitor Management, Chemical Safety EMS, Centerstone Space Planning, etc.)
The deliverables and activities are under the supervision of Buyer's IT management to include but shall not be limited to the following:
•Meet, communicate, gather and document business requirements from Buyer's global cross-functional business process owners and business users.
•Capture and document AS-IS and TO-BE business processes/flows.
•Identify data sources, business inputs and rules, desired outputs/reporting/deliverables including decommissioning of existing redundant processes, tools, applications and systems.
•Perform requirements analysis, data analysis and generate detailed functional and technical specifications.
•Participate and contribute to solution design, development and integration tasks as needed.
•Create test plan with test scripts / test cases and test data.
•Assist in functional testing, system integration testing, user acceptance testing and regression testing.
•Provide production deployment and post-production support.
•Gather, document and track Production Support issues and Change Requests in the IT Service Management tool.
•Work with Buyer's Business, IT and Vendors to debug, troubleshoot and resolve production support issues.
•Provide operational support and act as backfill for Buyer's IT team as needed.
•Acquire sufficient knowledge of Buyer's systems, platforms, applications and processes (Zyme, Partner Center and Customer Portals, DW and BIS, ILM, Active Directory, SAP, Salesforce, CPQ, CMR POS Data Cleansing tool, etc.) that are used for managing Buyer's Enterprise Business Systems and Applications.
