 Mandatory Skills
·       Must have 3 - 5 years experience in supporting TeamSite 7.4.1 / LiveSite 7.3.1
·       Ticketing queue monitoring and resolution of tickets based on priority
·        Incident management -  production and non-prod environments
·        TeamSite and LiveSite access mgt. to various branches
·        New user creation for CMS access
·       On call support - Provide operational support to all production practices on statutory holidays and weekends.
·       Support physical war rooms and releases
·        e-mail Monitoring and timely response.
·        Deployments support to various destination/environments (LiveSite, TeamSite, Apache, etc.)
·        Routine production and non-production server maintenance
·        Coordinate with various teams and raise support ticket for all issues, analyze root cause and assist in efficient resolution of all production processes.
·        TeamSite/LiveSite and MediaBin Servers continuous monitoring and health checkup
·        Monitor all alerts and escalate all issues for all procedures and systems.
·        Troubleshoot TeamSite/LiveSite component and template issues.
·        Configure and add New NPE environments to TeamSite/LiveSite.
·        Configure and implement complete New DR environments for TeamSite/LiveSite.
·        Maintain logs of all issues and ensure resolutions according to quality assurance tests for all production processes.
·        Review and contribute to operational management plan
·        Produce reports for management info.
·       User training on "how to" in TeamSite
