he Major Accountabilities Of This Role Include:
  • Ensure that the Quality Management System is understood, implemented, and maintained at all levels of the organization.
  • Ensure that all records required from the QMS are controlled and maintained to provide evidence of conformance to requirements.
  • Provide functional leadership to the site Quality Management Team.
  • Ensure adequate quality personnel are allocated to all projects to ensure all projects are resourced with sufficient and capable quality management expertise.
  • Strengthen and coach the quality team to support development, management, and administration of quality management systems in response to project and Client needs.
  • Working through the project teams and quality managers, facilitate effective implementation of management reviews including the role up of pertinent issues and performance data for corporate management review.
  • In collaboration with process stakeholders, lead the site quality team in the development and sustained improvement of quality management, service and product verification, project assurance processes and related document control.
  • Development and overall management of action tracking and analysis programs including collaboration with operations and functional stakeholders as required to facilitate corrective action and system improvement.
  • Analysis of performance data derived from assessment programs to demonstrate operational compliance and to target and prioritize improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure the effectiveness of quality planning such that process controls and prerequisite product and service verification and inspection arrangements are established for each contract/project consistent with criticality, statutory and contractual obligations including: Supplier assessment and inspection activities, construction inspection and testing activities and non-conformance, corrective action, and preventive action management processes.
  • Engage internal and external customers to ensure that customer quality management requirements and the needs of multiple stakeholders are identified and managed effectively.
  • Ensure that customer feedback is sought and responded to appropriately.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 10 years of experience directing Quality management program. Experience in utility scale wind and solar power plant construction strongly preferred but construction experienceREQUIRED.
  • Thorough understanding of the principles of quality management and the implementation and improvement of management systems.
