• 3 + years of Identity Support I.e. Active Directory and technical support experience.
•  Having Azure domain experiences is a big asset.

o Leadership - handle technically challenging and politically sensitive customer situations
o Strong communications skills – Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
o Effective, polished interaction with customer to gather information quickly; explain customer responsibilities in resolving issue; communicate next steps and status; and inspire confidence
• The successful Support Engineer has the drive and intellectual horsepower to resolve difficult customer issues; directly supports customers through telephone, email, and chat services as applicable
o Demonstrable troubleshooting skills
o Cross-team collaboration

• Identity /Technical Skills

o Experience in AD (Active Directory) or AAD Sync
o ADFS – Experience in Active Directory Federation Services (AD FS)
o Password management - Self-service password reset / Self-service group management
o Azure AD connect health, Authentication etc.
o Group assignments to applications
o Azure Multi Factor Authentication (AMFA)
o Azure AD Premium license – Service
o Active Directory Trusts
o Domain Secure Channels
o Dynamic Access Control and Account Lockout Issues
o Office 365 etc.
• Time of operation: This track will be in 24X7 shift model. Therefore, candidates should be flexible to cover during holidays and weekends to accommodate MS roster.
