· Essential Job Functions Essential Function/Task The essential functions/tasks associated with the role:
· Manage multiple projects simultaneously at varying levels of complexity including –
· Making most efficient utilization of resources from both internal Equifax Technology and external Technology Suppliers/Partners' Assist in negotiation of cost, schedules with Third Party Suppliers to gain optimum use of outsourcing Ability to deal with obstructions to productivity, for example technical debt and legacy applications, lengthy analysis or testing Proactive resolution of Issues and Risks with formal closures Producing accurate Reporting and Communication on project status Developing key metrics/kip's for all areas of responsibility Manage project scope and coordinate change requests when necessary Ownership of project post mortems/lessons learned and post cost/benefit analysis
· Management of Supplier deliverables including - Defining, capturing and maintaining performance measures for all services supplied Setting targets, Operational Level Agreements (OLA's) and Service Level Agreements (SLA's)o Creating and Reviewing Task Orders to ensure supplier delivers intended benefits
· Stakeholder Management - Identifying key Stakeholders and building relationships Agreeing & Delivering communication plan to key Stakeholders
· Agent for change – Identifying key opportunities for Technology to lead changes' Prepared to challenge the accepted norm
· Negotiating with –All Technology teams to secure resource and commitments to deliver to schedules' External departments and customers to agree responsibilities and key milestone deliverables. Budget Management – Producing accurate project budgets and forecasts; manage effectively
· Processes and Controls –Contributing to and defining the methodologies in use within Equifax's Contributing to and defining appropriate Development/Support Processes (eg SDLC)o Managing services to agreed processes, thus ensuring compliance audit
· Line Management - Participate in recruiting staff where appropriate Allocating resources to development projects effectively Participate in staff appraisals as appropriate Any other duties deemed necessary to successfully deliver projects or to communicate status of projects. Overall primary purpose of the role: To manage effective creation and delivery of Infrastructure products and services from both Internally resourced and Outsourced Technology functions. Managing projects delivering to all of Equifax's Lines of Business.
· Management of internal and external supplier deliverables to required standards
· Stakeholder Management and Reporting.
· Proven experience on infrastructure project implementations; basic understanding of infrastructure components at high level (i.e. network, servers, database, storage)
