 Responsibilities: 
• Creation of content in the form of presentations, blogs and email communications for SVP/VP of the engineering group for internal and external presentations. 
• Manage key organizational events such as all hands and leadership offsites. 
• Ensure that communications plans are successfully executed across vertical channels. 
• Ensure that peers and cross-functional partners are in sync on the communication strategy, execution plan (timing) and resulting deliverables. 
• Project manager and Editor-in-Chief for internal JIVE communication blog. 
• Communications support for senior Engineering leadership. 
• Foster and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders, supporting the efforts of colleagues in development, finance, research and education, and encouraging positive, timely information flow. 
• Execute briefings and inquiries with relevant analysts and company spokespersons to ensure ongoing engagement and to affect positive opinions of Enterprise team, its market strategies and products. 
Who You'll Work With 
• The Enterprise Networking (EN) Engineering group develops software across routing, switching, wireless, IOT and network management platforms at Cisco. EN Operations Team enables the success of EN by driving strategic- planning, initiative management, business operations, and CPDM process transformation initiatives. 
• Operations team is seeking a skilled process designer to deliver strong, creative, aligned communications that are necessary to support this vision. 

Minimum qualification 
• Successful candidate for Process designer will have at least 6-8 years of progressive, professional experience in corporate communications, executive communications and marketing communications. 
• Ability to balance quality of work with deadlines, to identify risk issues affecting work progress and to recommend solutions. Excellent communications skills including strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management. 
• Grasp of technical content and engineering concepts. Should have shown past success with being able to simplify and explain complex engineering concepts.
