Skills Required:
· At least 10 years of relevant Experience in implementation projects for the BSS/OSS in the Telecommunications industry. 5 Years as a solution Architect.
· Good understanding of the Telecommunications industry standards and methodologies.
· Knowledge of integration approaches and technologies.
· Practical experience in preparation of requirement specifications on technical and business levels.
· Good PowerPoint presentation skills.
· Communicate in large groups and product demonstrations.
· Practical experience in preparation of requirement specifications on technical and business levels.

· Exposure and knowledge of TM Forum eTOM and TAM models desired but not required.
· Bachelor of Science Computer Science or equivalency required.

Responsibilities:
· Analysis of existing process flows and identifying process improvements.
· Analysis of process flow for operational effectiveness.
· Work with external application teams to understand functionality exposed via APIs and define data mapping definitions.
· Model business process flows and decision rules in a business process modeling tool.
· Engage directly with business stakeholders for requirements gathering.
· Facilitate requirements sessions and walkthroughs with business and IT resources.
· Produce presentation of the business problem and solution benefits.
· Produce functional specification documentation.
· Train end users on the application.
· Lead requirements definition process with customer.
· Prepare gap analysis, citing differences in customer requirements and product functionality.
· Answer questions and clarify requirements during the estimation and development cycle through roll out.
· Work with the project team and stakeholders as needed to manage change (scope and schedule).
· Participate in training documentation and delivery.
· Perform product demonstrations as necessary to introduce the customer to the product.
· Develop and support a collaborative relationship with the technical team and end users from the customer side.
· Participate in on-site sessions with the customer for requirements gathering, training and User Acceptance testing
