Job Description & Responsibilities: Marketing Automation Manager
1. Point-Person for Enterprise teams (sales, marketing and operations) to share business direction and objectives (regionally & global) as it pertains to marketing automation and Salesforce.com marketing related enhancements.
2. Understand sales/marketing business processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization related to items below:
o Predictive lead scoring and prioritization (Inquiry Management)
o Marketing reporting
o Data to enable above processes
o Account-based marketing
3. Collaborate with Global Enterprise Marketing, Marketing Ops, and CloudTech teams to assess business requirements and changes related to marketing technologies & data.
4. Schedule regular meetings with the regions to address:
o Current status of projects
o Promote process adoption/utilization and satisfaction.
o Discuss any issues or concerns
5. Keep high-level tabs of overall enterprise work being done by MCI/MEO & Cloud Tech related to timelines and clarification of business requirements as needed.
6. Communicate technology changes and updates related to enterprise, along with creating any user reference documentation (when needed)
7. Validate enterprise processes implemented by MEO are working as expected in production
