  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience as solution developer/Lead for SharePoint 2013/2010 based projects.
  • Minimum of 3 years "hands-on " experience with SharePoint 2013 in both on-premises and O365.
  • Minimum of two year developing business workflow solutions built in SharePoint or third party workflow solutions such as Nintex Workflow.
  • Minimum of four years' hands-on experience with "hands-on " development of AngularJS customizations using REST API of SharePoint 2013 / 2016 platform, including strong experience with any of the JavaScript framework like Bootstrap.
  • Minimum of three years' hands-on experience with writing provider hosted apps using .NET, SharePoint 2013 Client Side Object Model (CSOM) and SharePoint 2013 REST
  • Minimum of four years with Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) is a must. Microsoft SQL Server Analytical Services (SSAS) experience with SharePoint Business Intelligence tools.
  • Extensive experience in working with third party tools with SharePoint 2010/2013.
  • Provide technical impact assessment of application requirements
  • Experience developing SharePoint best practices and standards.
  • In-depth knowledge of SharePoint services, Site templates/definitions, master pages, page layouts, JavaScript, jQuery, list/library, web parts, sandbox solutions, client object model, REST API, Search setup, security, throttling and performance tuning
  • SharePoint 2013 working knowledge of interface/configuration regarding external data sources.
  • Experience in integrating with external data sources/reporting tools like WebTrends, Tableau, Qlikview, etc.
  • Exposure to installing/configuring/administering SharePoint 2016/2013 on O365 mode.
  • Experience with Power shell, SharePoint Designer and other SharePoint productivity tools.
  • Experience enhancing basic SharePoint functionality through development
  • Active Directory Server implementation and AD Synch (for on-premise to o365) experience
  • Experience in configuring, administering FAST Search, developing custom filters, customer search results page.
  • Design the integration solutions for SharePoint to integrate with various disparate systems (SAP / Finance systems etc.,)
  • Align with the Enterprise taxonomy term store
  • Participate in Peer Review activities with other groups (DBA / architectures, etc.,)
  • Define the Service Applications design to ensure there is no Single Point of Failure
  • Work with architects, project managers, and product managers to define the design of the solutions to address business needs and opportunities

  • Conduct a PoC (Proof of Concept) for MCA (Mission Critical Applications). Lead the development of SharePoint components (web parts, application pages, page layouts, etc.) for enterprise scale Portal, ECM, and Collaboration solutions
  • Define the CCD (Custom Code Deployment) processes (Dev -> Test -> Staging -> Production). Most of the time, He / She needs to prepares ADS (Automated Deployment Script)
  • Understanding of multiple access and authentication models such as NTLM, Kerberos, Claims-based, ADFS, SSL, card services, TMG, UAG, etc.
  • Lead and facilitate information gathering sessions to validate business cases, gather and document business and functional objectives.
