Evaluate complex situations accurately and identifies viable solutions that create successful outcomes for the customer.  Hosting meetings, taking meeting notes, and documenting action items
Work closely with the Program Executive Sponsor, Operating Committee and Steering Committee to facilitate decisions necessary for delivery and to overcome barriers
Resolve resource, budgeting, change, and legal issues affecting the program. 
Serves as a mentor/advisor/decision-maker to project managers for the program for issues related to corporate politics, external politics, client relations, governmental regulation, project quality, project risk, and safety. 
Oversee development of proposals and requests for proposals associated with the program. 
Manage multiple work streams, conflicting priorities, differing reporting lines, multi-site projects as well as scope change and risk
Stakeholder, people management, coaching and leadership skills
Ability to grasp issues of a business nature and assess the technical impact and vice versa - Team management experience

Experiencing tracking action items and following up with action owners to obtain status
Experience in handling administrative responsibilities including calendar management, scheduling meetings and coordination between project teams.
Required Skill Set Self-starter and quick learner

Ability to work well with people from many different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience
Track milestones and deliverables based on the project and execution plans.
Create, document and distribute reports to stakeholders.
Role / Touch Points The Project Coordinator is responsible for organizing and tracking project activities, under the direction of a Project Manager (PM) and/or Program Manager.
Project coordinators are responsible for gathering the information needed to coordinate a project
Assist with communication among team members.
Support Project/Program Manager by updating project schedules as needed.
Coordinate the archival of project documentation.
Scribe meetings and publish meeting minutes within one business day of meeting if requested by Project Manager. 
Track project activities and details as requested by Project Manager.
Follow documented processes to submit service requests for activities required to complete project scope (ISRs, DNS requests, etc.).

Role / Touch Points Work with your assigned PMO to establish a Workspace in the standard tool used by GPMG at the time of project initiation for each assigned project or work effort. 
Distribute, Submit Status reports on weekly basis via email and GPMG work space to Steering Committee, Stakeholders and GPMG Leadership.
Keep Project Milestone dates accurate and reflect business deliverables and Stage Gate dates. 
Maintain an overall project compliance health of 92% comprised of:
Proactively manage risks, issues, changes and action items leveraging Workspace.  The artifacts identified in this section should be living documents that are integral to your updates.
Create and proactively manage a schedule using MS Project or PPM Workplan with all the task details behind your project(s) execution.  If using MS Project, schedule must be synced with PPM.
Proactively manage the Demand Forecast in PPM by updating the staffing profile each period as needed to ensure a 120 day rolling forecast of labor/non-labor demand.
