Responsibilities
 
1.       For assigned projects, ensure successful execution of Due Diligence and Transition to Steady State Operations
 
2.       For assigned workplace transformation projects, ensure successful execution and proper hand over to Steady State Operations
 
3.       Work closely with Sales team and participate in pre-sales activities that includes solution development, Mutual Value discussions and presentations to customers
 
4.       Work upon the assigned RFP to validate the SOW as well create/edit as required and sizing for the Service Desk/Deskside service tracks
 
5.       Be able to identify, resolve, create get-well plans for escalations on steady state operations
 
 
Skills and Experience
 
•        Should have in-depth knowledge on Service desk, User Account Provisioning & Desktop support Services to understand and deliver the customer requirements
 
•        Overall 7+ years of End User domain experience of which 5+ in Operations and 2+ in transition/transformation role
 
•        Additional understanding of Workplace Engineering areas such as Image Management, Patch Management and Software Distribution is necessary
 
•        Graduate, Engineering degree
 
•        Certifications like ITIL, HDI or SDI are plus
