 JD: In this role the individuals will be:
- the first contact for our field users, working our call center phones within a team,
- creating tickets in JIRA Service Desk,
- attempting to resolve issues with either their knowledge of Salesforce or Maximo
- using provided knowledge articles as necessary to resolve issues
- participating in on-call rotation

- Excellent verbal communication and English speaking skills are critical
- Experience with providing end-user support is highly desirable
- knowledge of either Salesforce or Maximo would be great to have
- strong analytical and problem solving skills are very important.

If they're a strong tech in either app and have good communication skills, they could be a candidate.

The assignment is expected to be about 6 months and is based at 404 Wyman.
