Job Description
Role and Responsibilities
·        Ensure testing activities allow applications to meet business requirements and systems goals, fulfill end-user requirements, and identify existing or potential issues.
·        Clearly and concisely record, track and report the status of issues, enhancements and other software changes.
·        Participate in client implementations where software acceptance testing is required.
·        Make recommendations for improvement of applications to developers and project teams.
·        Participate in regular project meetings with an overview of the status of bugs and enhancements.
·        Building test cases and test data to assist in the testing effort.
·        Manual execution of the test cases to validate functionality
·        Creating additional documentation to assist and record the testing effort.
·        Clearly and concisely reporting and resolving issues uncovered during testing.
·        Ensure that bugs and requirement variances are being appropriately communicated to development for correction.
·        Fully document any unexpected bugs or issues identified in testing with instruction of how to recreate them.
·        Assist in defining testing methodologies and quality control standards.
·        Work in collaboration with IT and Customer Engagement teams to ensure that the solution functionality is well tested and documented.

·        Minimum of 3-4 years of hands-on experience in manual functional testing
·        Excellent verbal and nonverbal Communication

·        Hands-on experience on Client-QC or Client-ALM
