  • Scan and save correspondence onto the Network and the Customer/Vendor data management system
  • Accurately index/name scanned documents
  • Resolving unidentified items by investigative means
  • Undertake ad hoc tasks when necessary under the direction of engagement lead or country coordinator
  • Be aware of customers 'information security policies, and protect information assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference at all times

11 Job Responsibilities
  • To work as a member of the File Management Team, helping achieve the team's objectives in providing an effective data management service.
  • The role holder will be responsible for ensuring all documentation is scanned, quickly and accurately onto our electronic systems and that the protocol deadlines are met.
  • The role holder will be expected to take a proactive approach to the digital filing processes.
  • The hours of work will be between 08.30 and 17.00 Monday to Friday. You will be advised by your line manager each month on the shift pattern
