Qualifications Basic
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • Should have at least 6 years of experience with Information Technology
  • At least 5-6 years of experience in ServiceNow
  • Experience in basics of Javascript, Unix, and ORACLE
  • Extensive hands on experience in ServiceNow technical scripts like Business Rules, Script Includes, Script Actions, UI policies, Workflows, UI scripts, Scheduled jobs etc.
  • Experience in Incident Management, Problem management, Service Catalog, CMDB
  • Experience in ServiceNow Mobile and integrations like SSO, Email, and other web service based integrations
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow development best practices
  • Ability to work in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
  • Should have very good analytical and communication skills
