Job Description:
Primary Skills
·         Excellent understanding of Transactional Procurement & Procure to Pay
·         Experience of working as a Delivery lead for procurement operations
·         Demonstrated exceptions and problems management and escalation experiences
Technical Skills:
·         Good understanding of MS Office
·         Good understanding of SAP / ERP

·         Works closely with multiple Client Stakeholders to understand various business requirements

·         Escalation and resolution handling
·         Monitor performance & drive internal reviews with team
·         Delivery, quality and exception handling should be monitored.
·         Contact administration to ensure that the day-to-day procurement activities follow the spirit and sections of the contract.
·         Lead process improvement discussions to enhance operations.
·         Communicate changes to Program Manager and delivery team
·         Meet the operational, functional and business objectives required by the contract and provide a profitable interaction.
·         Identify and resolve exceptions, Reporting & escalate issues
·         Maintain quality, accuracy & Turnaround time (TAT) as per Service Level Agreement (SLA)
·         Adherence to overall Service Delivery Requirements
