Experienced Records Manager to facilitate the development of the functional records retention schedules and analysis the application assessments.
•             Description of the skills/knowledge/expertise required :
o             Knowledgeable in records and information management best practices, standards and principles.
o             Experience in electronic records management.
o             Experience in developing records retention schedules, particularly functional schedules.
o             Understanding of Information Governance best practices.
o             Supervisory skills.
o             Excellent communications skills.
o             Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
•             3-7 years of experience in Records Management role? 
•             Well versed in Records Management - If a person is a CRM but not in financial services, may consider.
•             Providing requirements for technology related to the development of a compliant records repository for regulated records a plus.
•             Ideal candidate will have Information Governance knowledge that goes beyond regulated records and ability to look at all information from a value-based perspective and considers it in terms of
Relevance, Risk and Obsolescence. 
Simplified definition is the SEC, Client, CFTC are in scope from a regulated records perspective, so familiarity with the recordkeeping rules required.
•             Possibility that some supervision over the physical retention team may be required as it relates to
•             Excellent communication required as may need to attend the RIM OpCo and SteerCo periodically. 
More importantly, may interface frequently with the end users and must clearly articulate RIM requirements as it relates to the handling of the Bank's records.
•             Will there be instructional writing that would go out to large groups or just strong communication amongst the team.
•             Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word basics or more advanced skills like pivot tables, V-Lookup, Macros, etc.
