• Responsible for L1 & L1.5 tickets
• Will be analyzing incoming tickets and triaging, will be working with various teams to identify root-cause of issues and help get them resolved
• Keep all the relevant parties up to date throughout the whole resolution process;
• Capture and document detailed notes on the customer tickets as well as bug reports;
• Write high quality knowledge base articles, white papers and other materials that customers, prospects and other internal staff refer to;
• Should have excellent communication skills
• Will be based out of Dallas, TX
Note - - 1 Appdynamics engineer – someone who can configure and help with enhancements & support. Would be better if they have some exposure to ServiceNow and willing to learn ServiceNow configuration and enhancement
