  • Troubleshooting issues related to Outlook, Mobile clients, Teams etc
  • Troubleshoot issues related to Office 365 pro plus deployments.
  • Help users to configure / register Outlook and other Office365 suite of products
  • Preferred to have: Worked on migration related troubleshooting
  • Good communication skills in English
