Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • At least 7+ years' experience with developing and implementing applications.
Preferred Skills/Experience
  • Strong Experience in:
  • At least 3 years of experience in the design, development and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions
  • Experience in Web Application performance analysis and tuning preferably in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • A strong SQL background with database integration experience. SSIS
  • STRONG in C# is a plus
  • JavaScript, HTML and CSS, JQuery, Ajax, Angular a plus.
  • Ability to Use Architectural artifacts to convert them into ICD (Design documents).
  • Experience with .NET frameworks 4.5.

  • Very good understanding and experience in performance management MS SQL Databases and SSIS.

Knowledge and experience in Registry structure in Windows 2014 onwards is a plus.
Implementation and operational support for MS CRM In large implementations in call centres is a plus.

  • Understanding of core concepts surrounding CRM data structure and related database tables, views and indexes
  • In-depth hands-on knowledge in entity relationship modelling to match the functional requirements/architecture inputs specifically in Microsoft Dynamics CRM -In-depth hands-on knowledge of the xRM framework and Dot Net Integration.
  • Ability to develop CRM workflows and monitor/troubleshoot related issues
  • Ability to develop CRM plugins
  • Should be able to do advanced JavaScript Web services calls.
  • Extensive .NET Framework and C# development experience including experience with the CRM Web API, REST/ODATA, WCF and SOAP endpoints.

  • Experience of working on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics CRM 365.
  • Good Experience of working in Service, Resco mobile for field services and (optional Sales, Marketing) Modules.
  • Dynamics CRM Configuration, Customization, Java Script, Plug Ins, Workflows/Custom Workflow Activity, ASP.Net, C#, WCF, SSIS & SSRS, ADX Portals.
  • Implementation of MS CRM data migration jobs & custom reports using SSRS.
  • Providing in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform and evaluating customers business processes against the standard CRM functionality.
  • Experience in portal development using ADX Studio.
  • Design & Development of new modules in Dynamics CRM 2016, Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Good understanding of CRM entity & Object model.

Roles and responsibilities
  • Support of Issues which come as tickets in the MS Dynamics CRM application
  • Identify the process gaps, if any and provide alternatives to the user teams.
  • Prepare the templates for the Functional specification review, Technical specifications, Unit test case, User Acceptance Testing etc
  • Testing and code review
  • Development of CRM services and code for functional process and generation of reports
  • Delivery plan of all the features
  • Specification review
  • Lead the Core team to review the functional specification and clarify the functional requirements before starting the Technical specification conversion.
  • Lead the team to develop the Technical Specification for the MS Dynamics CRM application.
  • Interact with Client IT team for the Technical specification review and sign off.
  • Perform onsite / offshore coordination for all interface developments and complete the Design, Build, Test and Deploy phase successfully.
  • Provide the technical assistance from design and development standpoint
  • Conduct status meetings with onsite and offshore throughout the project.
  • Handle delivery of interfaces on-time for testing team
  • Work with Technical Core Team to perform the functional testing and Support the regression testing & User Acceptance testing (UAT) during the testing phase.
  • Record and track all defects identified during the testing phase and cycle back with the core development team for any fix / fine tuning.
  • Keep the testing team informed about the progress of the identified fixes and its progress.
  • Apply fixes and get sign off from testing teams for production move of interfaces
  • Prepare cut-over documentation with all necessary steps and configurations to be covered before interfaces are moved to production.
  • Fix errors in production and Issue reporting documentation for any exceptions that arise.
