  • Working experience in <<.Net, C#, VB.NET, ASP, ASP.NET, JavaScript, JQuery, SQL Server i>>
  • Ability to perform required hands on work in the listed technologies specially that the client facing and that which would require analyzing defects in client environment
  • Ability to estimate, plan, and execute complex technical projects
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Work with Client senior management and Prepare overall project schedule, milestones, tasks, and estimates
  • Ensure that the business needs are clearly understood and project schedule and milestone defined accordingly
  • Manage day to day activities of onshore and offshore team
  • Monitor project progress and status of deliverables and report it to Client management on regular basis
  • Anticipate project risks and develop mitigation plans and share with Client management
  • Closely monitor work load of all resources assigned in the project and manage task pipeline for the resources
  • Monitor and track team's performance and share performance feedback with resource to enable them to be more productive.
  • Do hands on work on the tickets / fixes that needs Analysing defects in client environment
