Primary Skills
  1. Experience with Production support of backbone ERP (Oracle EBS 12.2.x)
  2. Principal Support Engineer (L3) by shifts
  3. Hands-on expert in Order Management and Oracle Pricing Modules
  4. Experience with Oracle Configurator is a must
  5. L3 techno-functional experience including support of R12 modules and R12 upgrade implementation
  6. Experience with performance/SQL tuning and development work
  7. Ability to understand and pick up customizations
  8.  Java, html, ADF framework, web services component knowledge
  9. L2 Support Engineer for R12 Order Management module (inclusive of run-time Configurator, iStore, Pricing, OC, OM)
  10. Experience Trouble Shooting Configurator and iStore components
  11. Ability to be able pick up and support Siebel-Oracle EBS & Web-Oracle integrations
  12. Experience with performance tuning capabilities to support concurrent jobs & archiving/purging knowledge is a must
  13. Techno functional experience with analysis and development capability to resolve technical, functional and data errors
  14. Experience with the following technologies:
  15. - PL/SQL
  16. - Oracle ADF
  17. - Java coding

  2. Ability to lead and Manage escalations
  3. Experience working in customer facing role
  4. Experience working in Onsite-Offshore mode
