Job Roles / Responsibilities:
  • Serve as project team member on Mainframe projects
  • Responsible to troubleshoot and provide customer support for Mainframe applications that have already been implemented.
  • Requires the ability to capture any requirements for enhancements, design and execute the solutions.
  • Responsible to build new reports for the applications.
  • Responsible for documenting the existing functionalities and update existing support documents to adhere to the evolving business process.
