For this requirement- could you focus on O365 migration experience. Customer has rejected the earlier profiles stating that candidates lack deep understanding of the O365 workload or any O365 customer migration experience

Could you target candidates with
1. good understanding of the support life cycle, good customer migration exposure on O365 products
2. Good communication
3. Overall understanding of O365 product suite like Exchange/SharePoint online and One drive for business, Modern groups etc

Responsibilities -
1. Resolving Customer issues reported through IcM
2. Doing bug triage
3. Answering product (Teams) queries
