Job Description:
The Organizational Change Management Consultant will lead the organizational change plan development and execution of the TIM strategy rollout across the policy, data quality and inventory tracks of work. 2. The resource will apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes for the policy, data quality and inventory efforts.3. Lead and document stakeholder assessment and management plan4. Assess the change impact5. Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan6. Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics7. Identify and manage anticipated resistance8. Design, develop, and deliver and management of communications.9. Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.10. Evaluate and ensure user readiness11. Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs12. Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.
Communication and Training• Data analysis and Reporting• Hands on using office tools (in-depth knowledge) power point, word, excel, Visio, MPP• Working knowledge in share point design and administration• e-learning software for training course development• Market research, All-Hands coordination and participation1. A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process2. Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools3. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal4. Excellent active listening skills5. Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences6.
