• Instruct and model core Agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability and visibility; ensure consistent application of scrum methodologies across the enterprise. 
• Manage the End to End lifecycle of code development, from ideation to sprints to production deployment in an agile/dev ops model
• Protect the team from over-commitment, manage backlog, prioritize resolution of defects/bugs as evidenced by the on-time delivery 
• Assist team with making appropriate commitments through story selection, sizing and task definition and participate proactively in developing and maintaining team standards, tools and best practices. 
• Serve as Scrum Master to mentor and coach Scrum team members on Scrum techniques. Build and lead a cross-functional scrum team from for Scrum implementation. 
• Work with business sponsors and Product Owner to define entire project roadmap, release and sprint plans.  
• Facilitate scrum ceremonies Enforce Time boxes and responding to the Impediments, and Retrospective. 
• Establish best practices and plan for continuous improvement of processes. 
Dependency management between delivery teams.
• Adhering to and teaching of processes for sprint cadence, tools    usage, release management coordination, velocity tracking, and capacity planning.
• Implement Kanban methodology and apply TTD principles for all agile development projects.
• Gather requirements with team from the product owner and define the scope of work, its goals and deliverables.
• Develop  / Assist in project budget, schedule, and risk mitigation plans; allocate resources, monitor and control the execution. 
• Evaluate risks and prepare risk response strategy along with team.
• Create and publish daily / weekly and monthly reports to stake holders
• Manage budget and track on weekly basis for all the team members
• Be proactive in identification of risks and plan for mitigation by closely working with cross functional teams, key stakeholders and management on regular basis
• Coordinate the team, scope and deliverables in fixed price model at the client location with teams in different locations
• Should be open to adopt new DevOps tools/technologies and processes in the project

• Strong experience in Project Management
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
• Experience in Planning, Staffing, Implementing, controlling and Evaluating Projects
• Hands-on experience in handling both Development and Production Support environment
• Should have experience in System Analysis and should be able to perform Impact Analysis
• Interact with project sponsors, project stakeholders and multiple business and technical teams to define and deliver project scope including Vendor groups
• Analysis, Design and assist in development of software applications
