Role Description:
  • The Organizational Change Management Consultant will lead the organizational change plan development and execution of the TIM strategy rollout across the policy, data quality and inventory tracks of work.
  • The resource will apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes for the policy, data quality and inventory efforts.
  • Lead and document stakeholder assessment and management plan
  • Assess the change impact
  • Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan
  • Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics
  • Identify and manage anticipated resistance
  • Design, develop, and deliver and management of communications.
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
  • Evaluate and ensure user readiness
  • Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
