 Business Analyst/Product Manager
  • 8-10 years of experience working in Retail/Client /QSRs in Senior Business Analyst/Product Manager roles
  • Possess a strong background in the Omni-channel area with focus on Order Management and Omni channel fulfilment; Hands on experience on OMS products such as IBM Sterling, Manhattan OMS or other OMS products, a plus
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience working with retail strategy/omnichannel/ecommerce/fulfilment/customer experience
  • Understanding of digital disruption in retail business models
  • Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
  • Working experience with Agile development methodologies
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated; Creative Problem Solving skills
  • Responsible for managing and driving the development of Business Requirements and Functional requirements throughout the development life cycle from initial analysis and design all the way through to implementation and User Acceptance
  • Preparing accurate and detailed requirement specifications documents, including workflows, processes, client requirements and gap analysis
  • Guide the development and testing teams to influence the design, alignment of technical standards, test strategy and execution
