eDiscovery Senior Analyst will be part of the Legal Department. The role focuses on supporting Legal Counsel for eDiscovery and other Legal business partners in aspects of eDiscovery from preservation, collection, processing, and production. Additionally, the successful candidate will support regulatory retention initiatives and the respective data repositories utilized.
• Perform eDiscovery technical tasks used throughout the entirety of eDiscovery data lifecycle as well as generalized technical analysis and troubleshooting
• Analyze data as required using EnCase eDiscovery
• Maintenance, operations and use of Encase and eDiscovery Process
• Collaborate with eDiscovery management, requesters, internal IT resources, and others to ascertain the appropriate solution
• Perform security investigations, provide forensic services to support the team, assist in the maintenance of forensic and investigative plans and procedures, and participate in security incidents, investigations, and digital forensic inquiries
• Perform eDiscovery work utilizing defined procedures and tools
• Identify and understand problems or issues through analysis of multiple data sources to draw effective conclusions and choose the most effective course of action considering the broad business impacts
• Perform Data Collection, Processing, and Delivery of requests made by individuals or about a case using Discovery Attender or EnCase eDiscovery platform
• Assist case managers and attorneys in phases of litigation and provide updates on case descriptions, activities, amendments and settlements
• Perform eDiscovery technical tasks used throughout the entirety of eDiscovery case lifecycle, along with generalized technical analysis and troubleshooting
• Manage the eDiscovery Mailbox, and Litigation Hold Mailbox
• Interface directly with internal systems within the IT architecture (i.e., parsing log data and correlating electronically stored information from multiple systems)
• Assist in the development of best practices, policies, and procedures. The analyst should possess eDiscovery experience with either a law firm, in-house legal department, or eDiscovery service provider and should be familiar with the Electronic Discovery Reference Model and the Sedona Conference.

• Strong working knowledge of EnCase eDiscovery
• Experience working with EnCase eDiscovery
• Familiarity with general computer forensic practices and tools
• Hands-on eDiscovery experience
• Certified Forensic Security Responder(CFSR)
• EnCase Certified Examiner(EnCE)
• EnCase Certified eDiscovery Practitioner(EnCEP
