SAP SuccessFactors Support Lead

Fulltime Permanent

The primary role of the consultant will be that of the on-site support lead. The candidate will have to provide support to the business during the US business hours. 

Required Technical Skill Set: 
SuccessFactors Employee Central, PM/GM, Compensation and LMS. 
The candidate should also have working knowledge of integration tool like Boomi and HCI.
Must have experience in minimum 2 end-to-end implementation projects and 2 support projects 

Key Responsibilities:
Provide support to business during business hours
Performs requirements analysis, documentation, testing, ad-hoc reporting, user support
Must be able to map the requirement in Functional Design Document or Business Process Design
Participate in the quarterly/yearly release cycle
Prioritizes and balances competing priorities
Plans and authors the required functional SDLC documentation, requirements documentation, and user documentation set
Leads offshore team in support of project level deliverables 

Critical Skills:
Minimum Five (5) years of related work experience in the field of business analysis and supporting information systems including SAP SuccessFactors LMS, PMS, Compensation modules. 
Certifications on SuccessFactors LMS, PMS, Compensation, Employee Central and downstream Talent Modules.
Should be proficient in working with configuration workbook, role based permissions, XML modification/customization and Adhoc reporting
Possesses excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Must be able to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders supporting Human Resources applications.
Works independently with minimal supervision.

Good-To-Have Skills:
Knowledge/Experience in SAP HCM and SFTP
Knowledge of SDLC processes
Working knowledge of ticketing tools like Remedy, Service Now, etc.
