STATEMENT OF WORK:
Major Job Functions
Ability to perform all functions of Client Services.
1. Focus on identifying process efficiencies that reduce manual intervention, improve delivery turnaround and reduce cost.
2. Develop implementation strategies to utilize Experian's products to meet the business goals for large and complex clients.
3. Determines process of linking the client's data to Experian's product to help the client achieve their goals and support their business needs.
4. Applies advanced skills and knowledge for higher revenue generating and more complex and challenging clients.
5. Uses advanced skills and knowledge to accept ad hoc/non-client related special project work.
6. Acts as subject matter expert for Experian initiatives.
7. Develops practices, procedures and systems to monitor, track and enhance complex client data. These practices will improve the ability to internally manage client data and make recommendations to clients that may increase revenue.
8. Assist in tracking change requests and high severity incidents in accordance with defined Service Level Agreements. Identifies and coordinates action plans for mitigation as required.
9. Mentors Client Services Analysts in industry best practices, procedures and concepts.
10. May supervise activities of other project resources.
 
Scope-Applies mastery of skills in area of specialization to achieve objectives in creative and effective ways. Duties and tasks show substantial variety and complexity.
 
QUALIFICATIONS
·         Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
·         Requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a computing environment.
·         Previous financial services experience is preferred.
 
KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES
·         Advanced analytical skills (problem identification/ resolution).
·         Strong PC skills, may include JCL, mainframe, SQL, Unix, oracle and DB3 Quest. Strong organizational skills.
·         Ability to work independently.
